It often helps to visit your new school before you actually start. This can make you a bit more familiar with surroundings.

We have put together some video presentations of life at our high schools. It's not as good as being there but you might get a better idea of what high school life is about.

Listen to students

A great way to find out about the transition to high school is to speak to someone who has been through it before.

View some videos of past students relating their stories of moving to high school. You will be surprised to find out they had the same fears and apprehensions as yourself.
